Description
We are seeking a highly organized Creative Services Assistant with strong graphic design skills to provide design, production, and administrative support across the company’s marketing, sponsorship, digital, and event initiatives.
This is a hands-on support role for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple assignments. The ideal candidate will assist with the creation and preparation of graphics, presentations, and other visual materials while supporting project coordination and day-to-day creative needs across the company’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and creation of marketing, sponsorship, presentation, social media, and event materials across print and digital platforms.
- Create and adapt graphics for digital campaigns, print collateral, presentations, signage, and live events based on established creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Support the consistent application of brand standards across company materials and properties.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking timelines, revisions, approvals, file preparation, and delivery.
- Help coordinate communication and materials with freelance designers, photographers, printers, fabricators, and other production vendors.
- Prepare and organize files for print, digital, and environmental production.
- Organize and update brand assets, templates, photography, and design files.
- Provide design and production support to marketing, partnerships, programming, production, and leadership as needed.
- Assist with onsite creative and production needs during festivals and live events.
- Provide general creative, production, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative services, visual communications, or a related field, preferably within entertainment, media, live events, or an agency environment.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong graphic design capabilities across digital, print, presentations, and social media required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments, follow creative direction, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide support across multiple teams and projects.
- Experience supporting creative or production projects involving external designers or vendors is a plus.
