NICE CROWD is a Los Angeles-based live events company that develops and produces properties in the arts, entertainment, lifestyle and wellness industries that showcase culture and talent. The Company’s tentpole events is the American Black Film Festival, founded in 1997.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and administrative capabilities to join our team. As the Sponsorship & Activation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships, providing operational support to sponsors, and assisting the sales team with program activations.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative and account management support to our sales team across various projects.
- Act as the primary contact for sponsor requests and communication, handling inquiries, creative adjustments, logo implementation, activation, and program timelines.
- Deliver weekly client status updates and collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage deliverables.
- Aid in the development of polished sales decks and written materials.
- Coordinate sales team meetings, including scheduling, generating emails, and preparing agendas.
- Conduct research on prospective sponsors, including executive biographies and company objectives, in preparation for meetings.
- Manage and organize sales materials, contracts, invoicing, data retrieval, and reports.
- Maintain the client database, including current and potential partners.
- Assist in executing seamless partner activations.
